Not been a good few months first I managed a small tear in the rotator cuff tendon after jarring my shoulder on the bike, laid off the bike for a while and yesterday went to the doctors to have a lump looked at and now have a hernia ๐Ÿ˜ฅ
The wife has banned me from riding until I have it repaired, I live for my weekly rides so now going to be at a loss as to what to do. Any suggestions as to how to maintain my fitness levels would be greatly appreciated

cheers guys

No riding because of a hernia?! You need to stand up for yourself.

Get a better wife? ๐Ÿ˜‰

What does the doctor say? Has he told you not to ride?

Stationary bike / turbo trainer / spinning classes to keep the fitness up.

Running as well, depends how uncomfortable the hernia is!
