Note how they stick two sheets together, less chance of voids developing, rather than applying one sheet at a time.
So does that mean the inner of the frame is polystyrene?

Amazing isn't it? Im on my first carbon frame and the manufacturing process is fascinating.
I suppose the down side is the environmental side of thousands but I'm not going into thread rabbit hole!
