Yes and put 3.5 - 5 bar in your tyres. (ooops too slow - I was pumping up my tyres more)

I've pumped my tyres up to 4 bar for pretty much the last twenty years. It's what I prefer, other might not but I wouldn't mock them for making a different choice.

Hard tyre pressure would have been fine on that course and the weather conditions .....IMHO
