I see that a couple of STWers had theirs delivered last week but I haven't even been sent an email to say that it has been dispached yet. Last week the UK Canyon guy said it would be early this week after I emailed him. Tuesday I got another order confirmation from Canyon saying the Reverb that I order with is now due week 19, at least I think that's what it meant but there was no explanation with it. I've tried to contact the UK guy again via phone and email but there is no answer.
I ordered a XL Black 8.9 in early January and it was due last week (wk10).
I'm normally impatient but it's made worse this week as I'm working from home and so far 20 delivery vans have come down my small cul-de-sac filling me with false hope.
I ordered my black 8.9 in Medium last Wednesday and I got it yesterday. I believe the mediums are available for 'express' delivery.
You'll receive a series of emails for Canyon outlining what is going on - I received one saying that it was being prepared for delivery and then one a couple of days later with a UPS tracking number. It then turned up two days later.
This doesn't help, but it's an awesome bike.
