No biking this weekend for me, due to child detail.
So any excuse to have a look at what is out there.
links to mine are:
http://www.mtbbritain.co.uk/forum/index.php?automodule=gallery&req=si&img=3120
and
http://www.mtbbritain.co.uk/forum/index.php?automodule=gallery&req=si&img=3096.

I don't have a photo hosting account yet so can't post the pics.

Cheers

very nice. i like the way you chose brown walled tyres to match saddle & grips. that's close to sartorial.

Blimey it worked.... fixed creamroller with Dia Compe wheels and rasta bar tape... retro power grip pedals clips/straps, and various beer opening devices... curry house optimised.#

Must get round to repairing that wall.

Takisawa/Tom: Regarding Brown bar tape. You can either spend a small fortune on proper Brooks real leather stuff or Condor cycles and Charge do "normal" tape. I was looking about two months ago and Charge were out of stock, but if you ring Condor (It's not listed on their website) they should be able to send you some in the post for less than a tenner, they did for me and it's good stuff.

"Snob!"

I think its the pump, bottle cage and saddle bag he's on about
All it needs now are the bar ends and mapboard .. assuming you've already got the socks/sandals and beard?

runs ..

sheppie I spent at least a year obsessing over them.. they only ever seem to appear in Mediums (bloody short arses!), before pcking mine up @ a decent price (having a small bonus from work, made it a guilt free purchase).

Loving it, so fast downhill.. was looking for a frameset to use with Pikes, but got a full bike with the lefty, it's as light as the lightest current 140mm fork and looks and works fantastically (IMO).
Real change from my light short travel full susser (06 marin)
