Did anyone know that they have flagstoned all the way from Ilkley to the 12 Apostle Stone Circle, then all the way up to the summit cairn, then to the twin masts????
To make matters worse, they have tried to fill in the great narrow twisty techy trail which runs along the ridgeline from the 12 apostles. All the great trails will be lost in a few years if George and Mildred aren't rambling them. Bloody Bloody Friends of...., I'm going up with a tin of bright yellow protest paint tonight and paint every dam last one of them!!!

Simon, I was only aware that they had flaged where the old wood boardwalks were, not right up to the summit. I tried to follow the old ridge line trail, but they have filled sections in to try and stop you.

Still a bit boggy BTW, I was out running (shuffling).
