I used to use a bit of bent plastic and a clothes peg but I though they eventually made a gadet that did this - Am I wrog - does anyone remember around teh time when choppers/boxers came out?

You could get a rev-hand grip which would make a 'revving' sound as you turned it.

I didn't know of that one but I am sure there was a rear clicker made for the job?

Playing card and a peg was about as sophisticated as I got but then my parents wouldn't buy me a Chopper.

My god Rich, you really have been bored today haven't you!!

Personally the Kellogs box (several on one chainstay) did it for me. A friend did have the grip one though - V jealous!

Wow - that Turbospoke gadget looks cool - just the thing for warning ramblers/dogs you're coming up behind them ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm guessing it didn't sell very well though given the site's still "closed for restocking with the 2009 version"!
