You can buy them direct from Igus but you’ll have to buy in bulk to get any sort of decent price on them, I did it a few years ago for San Andreas suspension pivot bushes and then sold the excess off via eBay and Facebook groups.
Is it the Nano X pedals you're fitting them to, out of interest?

Yes the previous Nano X model..
Thought so, as I just replaced the bushings in a couple of pairs.
Used the Igus bushings from SS service pack (as I also needed seals) in one set and they were lovely, bought some cheaper bushings from CRC £2/pair for the other set to see how they last in comparison.
Strangely the rubber seals had disappeared off both sets of pedals, did that happen on yours?
