It's a mapping website with the full IGN mapping down to 1:25,000 and satellite imagery for the whole of France.
I'm currently trying to find out where this is:

It's somewhere near Thury-Harcourt in Swiss Normandy and I've seen pics elsewhere of bikes descending that track on the cliff.
