I thought at first it looked like my Raleigh Blazer (mine's blue) but has yours got a twin-toptube? Also seat clamp arrangement looks different and equal sized wheels.

rear dropouts are different, but could be a variant...:-)
I was going to suggest a Raleigh Strika, but a quick google suggests that whilst close, isn't the one.

I didn't ask where the clothes came from, most likely Great Malvern friday market.
Bike could be a halfords job, but not that one. That said, it's the only other I've seen with those front bash bar things.
