We have done most of the NT properties in the area and museums too. What's left for a 10, 8 and 4 year old to enjoy and simulate them.
Rubbish forecast for the weekend otherwise it would be outdoors.

Eureka in Halifax?
The depot, bouldering in Stanningley, great for kids even young ones.
The Leeds city museum is pretty good if you have not been.

Been to 'The Deep' in Hull? take a picnic not that the cafe/restaurant area is bad but not cheap , pay by gift aid and get a 12 month free pass too.If the weather comes round a bit it's a short (ish) trip over to Bridlington.

My lad loves it , there's always something different he spots to grab his interest.
