I bought an Ibis Mojo frame in the USA about a year ago and recently noticed a small flaw had developed in the paintwork on the swingarm. I emailed them some photos and got a very quick response from Scot Nicol, the top chap. They sent me a replacement swingarm straight away and I returned my old one. Great service, no hassle at all. Good work!
...and that is why they cost a small fortune i guess ๐
Exactly the same here - US bought frame, small crack on swingarm, direct response from Scott, and new part 10 days later. Shame it happened twice!!!
Shame Titus can't replicate that helpfulness!
Titus sold out though didn't it? thats why Pivot cycles came into existence (bit like Iron Horse and Evil Bikes)
Chris Cocalis got forced out of Titus cycles yes. Before that they messed me around for 4 months on a Racer X frame, before blaming me for the problem and charging me a lot of money to rectify it.
