I've not used my Crush for a bit. I took it out on a 25 miler through the Irwell valley yesterday - between pendlebury and Moses Gate country park. It was a gorgeous day and I really enjoyed my ride.

I didn't go for a ride yesterday.. and haven't for a while.. and certainly not on my 'ace' bike..
But here is a picture from last time I did.. January maybe..?
