Really starting to like Ribble bikes.

Subtle wheels, non of that deep rim carbon jazz going on there, just some good old fashioned blue bling, nice!

As your new plastic bike is the reason for my lightly used metal bike, I wholeheartedly approve. Looks very nice. I hope you get on with it - you're not getting the Sportive back! ๐Ÿ˜€

nothing wrong with that, I'd have a plastic Ribble if I could and a titanium Merlin and a steel... the list is long. Far too long for someone with just a shed anyway.

So I walked in the office this morning and my colleague said, "I got a bit drunk on Saturday night and ended up playing on Ribble bikebuilder. Woke up on Sunday morning only to realise I've ordered a brand new carbon fibre bike with top of the range Campag groupset."

Oops ๐Ÿ˜ณ Explain that one to the wife. The internet and alcohol, they just don't mix

Nice bike btw. Cheeky question, but how much ? Keep on looking myself, always seem good vfm.

Must be common, I bought mine under the influence too ๐Ÿ˜ณ

As for cost, too much - I think I have singlehandedly bumped the country out of recession over the last two months!

I gave in and bought one - boring old metal, though! In training for triathlon so need to be chasing you round a bit (on the bike, not 'the town').

After drooling over the wonders that are 787s for the past few months, I'm actually inspired to get myself a plastic bike. This is vexing colleagues and chums as I am the biggest stick-in-the-mud for steel bikes ever...

Enjoy your new speed-machine, bigdug!
