Had some things delivered to work and picked them up today and cycled home with them in the bob-yak. It was a bit hard work and my Trek Portland had some low speed wibble-wobble.
Got home and weighed the bag - 24kg. No wonder it was a bit hard work...
What's the weight limit on them?

i think it around 30kg.

i used to load mine up with tools and ride to work. once you're up to speed it handles quite well.

i took mine upto 53mph in the Black Forest. got a bit of a wobble on around 30, but it sorted itself out.

I'm always putting way too much in my Revolution Cargo. Last year I rode about 50 miles from Killin to Stirling pulling 70lbs of overloaded trailer behind me. I got a few cheers and thumbs up when I hauled this across Edinburgh a while ago/

I love the trailer and have got so much use out of it.

Haha!
If only I'd been sad enough to video and YouTube it.
Instead I've done the washing up, been to the pub and found out that a couple of friends have just ended a 25 year marriage.

Nice fat adaptation coastkid.
The weight limit is 32kg and the speed limit is a laughable 25mph(40kmh)

Until I broke the Lemond travelling over a car bonnet.

25mph? We had it up to 54mph on the North York Moors during a Polaris challenge.

Trailers, pfffrt ๐Ÿ˜‰

[img] [/img]

Limit on the rack was 25kg ... before I sawed one side off to clear the disc caliper. 40kg on half a pannier rack. I did a few trips with 50kg of stone on it too.

Must get round to buying a proper disc compatible rack.
