Hurray! The pins and cast came out/off my wrist today, and it's 5 weeks 2 days till my Alps MTB trip. After some online research, i think to get fit i just need to put on a questionable set of tracksuit apparel and run around the scruffy/down-at-heal parts of town pretending to "airpunch" everything yeah??

My ortho consultant, who's a nice chap, was going on about the timescales for getting back to full fitness, and tbh, i didn't have the heart to tell him in just over a month i'd be hurling myself off an ALP!
