Their website seems to have gone into meltdown + had a bif fat puncture puncture.
No access this morning - must be all this 10% off stuff.
tis a bit odd, but they managed a couple of years back when 20% was the norm (the great wet summers) to keep us spending. hope its ok soon ive got the day off and was hoping to use that voucher!
Yeh had that problem last night, when I did eventually get on it was incredibly slow
hopefully its not being hacked to pieces and confidential details being extracted all over the place! modern life eh
Bit of a poor show that a commercial website for one of the biggest online cycling retailers can fall over so easily.
I often find it slow - not just last night.
Been running slow since Wednesday evening. Placed an order and took forever. Running very slow yesterday as well when I placed another order and this morning appears to have vanished! Hopefully the goods ordered will turn up.
This website is a new version compared to the version last year and I suspect that we have broken it by trying to use it too much. No doubt lots of elves are running round frantically trying to fix it - I suspect that they will see a significant dip in their business.
One contributing factor could be that CRC is now a popular site for the Americans as well. With the weak £ and good shipping policies, they're doing a lot more trade in that direction I think...and I guess there are a lot more of them than us!
Americans should all be in bed at this hour!
Leave us and CRC in peace.

Without knowing why it is broken how can you say "so easily"? What did you do to it! 🙂
I am sure that they have a much bigger interest in it working than anyone here does.
I wonder if they are being hacked. Can't even ping them. Just did a check using whois and noticed that some Russian bloke called Vasilii I Semenov registered chainreactioncycles.org on 5 June.
Hmmmmm.
Ahh just checked and CRC seems to be working again
Seem to have found the chaintool - site seems to be working again
Took some time but managed to place my order, saved £15.70 on Katies birthday pressies
