took the day off to recover from the Superbowl and it coincided with my Birthday so went for a ride, very very strong wind nearly had me off a couple of times and pedalling downhill...on tarmac.. was the only way to prevent being blown back up the hill
but the best thing is that the wind has dried out all the trails 🙂

Did you enjoy the Superbowl? It was a cracking game and really pleased the Packers won.
I managed a quick 11 mile spin myself and found it really hard going in the wind...it woke me up though after the 3.5 hours sleep I had!
