After about 5 years and 200+ orders it was inevitable that something would go wrong. Last week I bought a pair of X9 shifters but there was only one in the box and that didn't work ๐
A quick call to CRC and an email or two sorted it all out and while the dud shifter wings its way back to CRC via Collect+, I've just received a spangly new pair via Parcel Force. Nice work Nick and the staff at CRC
