did this on Saturday, in bed for 2 days, off the bike for 6 weeks.

I tend to go by the following... 'If the cold is in the head get out of bed, if the cold is in your chest, give the bike a rest'!!! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I've been diagnosed with bloody Scarlet Fever (!) for the second time on a month. Now, apart from it being a bit dickensian (consumption anyone?), it is clearly mostly above the neck, but I feel like shite.

Should I ride and stop being a big jessie, or curl up with a kebab (sorry, nice healthy snack) in front of the telly?
