The wheels on my Genesis Flyer are about finished.  They've served me well but both rims are seriously worn and the rear hub is on its last legs from thousands of miles of no maintenance riding in all conditions.  It's time to replace and upgrade but what's should I be looking at?  Miche Primato look pretty reasonable, anyone running these?  Is there anything else in the same price range that out performs them?  I'll probably build wheels up as I have access to DT Swiss rims and spokes but has anyone seen any bargains on full wheels to save me a job?

I got a pair of the cheap wheels from On-One, £70 the pair. They are disk rather than rim brakes but I'm sure they do an equivalent. They stood up to the Dirty Reiver last month so I've no complaints about their suitability. Add in a single speed kit and you should be fine.

The Miche are popular track wheels, Charge own brand ones are ace (for the money) too

Got a link to those?

Thanks!

Here you go -  https://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/WPGIROEQ/gipiemme-roccia-equipe-700c-29-inch-disc-wheelset I don't see a similarly priced rim brake wheel set though.

Try sjs cycles for a wide selection of hubs, I’m using a halo aerorage rear wheel. So far so good but not mega cheap
