[#3512478]

I've never seen this mentioned before on here, but was just shown it. What an awesome tool! Did this one just pass me by until now?

The free version doesn't look all that different to Endomondo, MapMyRun, GarminConnect etc.
Am I missing something ?

Nope. Pretty sure I was. Always been a paper map man myself.

All these sites allow users to save routes. I guess if you're looking for a route to follow it's best to look at as many different ones as possible.

I've signed up for http://ridewithgps.com now.
I was looking for a site that would allow direct upload from GPS, like Endomondo. BikeJournal only allows it for the first month with free membership.
I also wanted to keep separate totals for different bikes, which Endomondo doesn't, as I like to know how much of my mileage was done on a single speed.
RWGPS does both of these, but it doesn't allow me to log running separate to cycling, so it's still not a Do Everything site for me, so I'm still logging my training on Endomondo and FetchEveryone.
I do like the ride playback though, especially the way the playback speed matches the real speed, so i can see where I was whizzing down hill, slogging up hill, or stopping to open a gate.

i've mentioned it before! it's really very good - i use it primarily for planning routes by hand, the path following and elevation are great, UI works really well
