haven't got a bike in full working order now, and i don't do pints.

I have both a working bike, and I do do pints. So for that reason... I'm in!

Train stop is Walsden if you've not been before. The climb is slightly more forgiving than the one out of Tod and there's a train that stops there at 19.54 which is perfect timing.

But then again, you might like the Honeyhole special as a warm up 😯

Toilet in house broke, had to go home to fix it. BOO.

Well that went well. Snapped chain and a twisted rear mech put paid to my evening after a mile or so. Boo bloody hiss! 🙁

Not too bad really. That kind of thing usually happens at the furthest point from the car, so it could have been a lot worse. And the sunny walk back was quite pleasant. Hey Ho!

Take Wrightyson with you to get it sorted if you're going to use halfords 🙂

Binbins, I won’t be able to get out until gone 8:00pm next week (the weather doesn’t look too brilliant anyway and you need a nice sunset to fully appreciate the turbines) so it will have to be a Prestwich one for me.

Shall we do the turbines on 24th June or July 1st?

Did your chain really snap or did you take one look at some of the hills and do it with a set of bolt cutters?
