Singlespeed hardtail - can anyone tell me how much of the course is flat? Will 32:18 be too spinney?

Not many flat bits 32:16 would be better though
I rode round there yesterday. I would think something that is easy to push or carry would be useful with nice thin tyres.. 🙂
Singlespeed would probably be good for all except a couple of bits.
if i can get the shifters on the CX bike sorted...the CX bike
if not, a rigid 29er with skinny tyres 🙂
