Is the [url= http://www.streetmap.co.uk/map.srf?X=418450&Y=392190&A=Y&Z=120 ]path [/url]from the resi up to the Bridleway ridedeable.

We are planning on riding Cut Gate southwards tonight and looking for a good return section.

Another possible option I guess is [url= http://www.streetmap.co.uk/map.srf?X=418685&Y=393600&A=Y&Z=120 ]this track[/url].

thoughts please.

just a quick hijack - what do the black dashed lines mean? are they the forest tracks?

always thought they were a boundary line or something?

must admit I was not sure either until I looked.

the 1:50,000 key has it just marked as a path, but this does not imply it is a public right of way - they are red.

So I guess it is just a commonly used path.

yeah the first is definately a footpath, but the balck lines are boundaries * i think *

nope - they are footpaths - if you zoom in to 1:25,000 on streetmap you'll see.
