I have an issue with my Epic 2011. The DMD font mech is not held directly on the frame, instead is attached to a 'mech hanger' with 2 extremly small screws.
Ive already had a derailier snap off and it seems that one of the screws (closest to the rear) has stripped the thread. The derialer will bend when only hanging on one screw. Currently both screws are in but the 'problem screw' is in with 1 thread. not enough...
Ive contacted wheelies direct and they have sent me the new X9 derailer which is on but they dont seem to be willing to help any futher.
LBS have said that I need a new hanger. Spesh part and UK supplier (Fisher)dont stock it. 🙁 whats email address to contact spesh on?
