Is that orange thing one of those 'invisible' helmets that inflate in the event of a crash...?
If it were to be stolen, the Thief will look pretty much like one of these people:

So they should be easy to track down.
Take away the mushrooms and I cannot think of 1 good reason why anyone would want to steal that.
Maybe add a front basket and some shiny tassels on the ends of the handlebars to make it more attractive to the local thieves.
