I'm thinking of getting a slot dropout inbred in purple. How purple are they? Is it a light (pinkish?) or dark (blueberry) purple? It's kind of hard to tell from the pic.

It'd be great if you could post some pics too ๐Ÿ™‚

Would a slot drop our Scandal be of any interest to you D?

Oh and the Inbreds are not LVIS purple if that is what you are aiming for.

I'm after a 29er one so what I presume is your 26" one isn't any use unfortunately.

Thought you loved that Scandal though?

Nope, purple rules orange every day of the week and twice on Mondays ๐Ÿ˜‰

And maybe this question would also make more sense when I post a pic of one of my other bikes...

I do, but I want the normal vert dropout model as I'm unlikely to set it up as a SS.

Is it really worth the hassle of swapping? What's the benefit?

Granted its lighter than in the pic above, but metallic pink I ask you. Have you got talc in your eyes?

No probably not worth the hassle, but you live in Bristol so it would have been easier.

Slight advantages are replaceable mech hanger (not that I've ever broken one) and it's easier to and line up the back wheel, ie with verts you don't have to.
