Use the same make/model of saddle on all the bikes and last week took one out which I hadn't used for a while - noticed that my position on the bike was not right and on looking at the saddle found it had collapsed slightly on one side. Swopping to a different saddle solved the problem but got me wondering how often people change their saddles?
Few more years left in this one.

when it stops being comfy !
Rode a 100K on/off road ride Sunday on a 22 year old Vetta Ti, so to answer you question not often.
I like to buy up old style Flite Ti's as well.
13 years for the last one.
After every bike mag review
When it breaks/ceases to be comfortable.
Got a really nice 2 year old SDG Bel Air that's just coming into it's own comfort wise 🙂

Pretty sure I read somewhere they are putting the original Flite Ti back into production 😀
