He's reinventing himself as a GC rider and doing superbly well - why on earth would he go into a team with Armstrong? In fact, I can't see any serious contender moving into that environment.

Plus he's already stated that he is very happy at Garmin.

He is indeed looking good. Not difficult to tell that he is/was a track cyclist though
