i am trying to sell my ON One 456 and are having no luck. I am asking £650 for it, do you guys think that's too much if so what do you recommend.

DMR revolver hubs with SUN Equilizer 27 rims (spare free hub)
Frame maybe £100 - £120
Fork - maybe £150
Wheels - £100
running gear - £100
Brakes £100
not seen ad but I think the above are probably for good used condition - add maybe 20% if it's all A1.
You'll get less for a complete bike than if you break it and manage to sell everythign is the general rule of thumb.
rule of thumb is 50% less than it would cost new less 10% for each year after that really.
[edit] having said that you may do quite well on ebay with it.
I saw a Cotic BFE go on ebay a couple of days ago and it made £797 + 35 p&p. It had very similar spec apart from hope wheels so i dont think your a million miles away!
