If it's a pro-pedal one and in good condition then £30-40.

is that all?
Any chance it's a 200 x 50 pro pedal is it?

[EDIT] Doh, no use to me..

is that all i need to say to describe it?

In an advert you'll want this info: overall length, the stroke, & the spring weight (the spring stroke is kinda redundant, as they use 2.28 springs on 2.0 stroke shocks)

£50-£60 I'd say, a Van R would fetch about £40.

You will want the shock length measured from eye to eye an also the shock stroke - the length of shaft visible when the shock is uncompressed.
