I'm after a 94 explosif frame, but haven't got a clue what they are worth these days.
I've been offered one that been restored all be it in a none standard.colour for 200, is this a fair price?.

That sounds expensive to me, but with these classy old frames it's down to how much are you willing to pay and how much you want it? For comparison- I bought a cosmetically tatty '92 triple butted tange prestige Rocky Mountain vertex for £70 from Elfinsafety previously of this parish a few years ago. and he sold a really cosmetically tired '91 Tange prestige Rocky Mountain Blizzard of mine with knackered paintjob and P2 forks for £100 to someone off Retrobike 2 or 3 years ago.
sounds steep as you don't know what the off colour restoration is hiding.
bare frame only or any original parts/forks included?
Had a 97 fire mountain with P2s for £50 not so long ago newer and further down the range but for a SS hack about right
I'd offer £80 and not go over £100 tops.
