I asked the same question for my road bike that sold for £700, which is what the STW hive-mind previously suggested as a reasonable amount.
So, how much do you think is a decent price for my FS?
Whyte E5 Works Spec 2007.
- Rockshox Rev Forks
- SRAM XO Shifters
- SRAM XO Rear Mech
- XT Front Mech
- FSA Carbon Chainset
- SRAM PG990 Cassette
- Easton Monkey Lite XC Bars
- Thomson Stem & Seat Post
- Avid Juicy Ultimate Brakes
Size - Medium (17.5)
A well cared for bike in very good condition. Recently serviced by Bad Ass Bikes - new cassette, middle and outer rings, cables, pads etc.
Cheers,
Larry.
Got £820 for my Works on e-bay couple of weeks ago, had the Maverick upside down forks and original Hope brakes.
I'll give you 20 quid for it.
Not relevant to your question but that's a lovely bike. I changed to an E-120 after a warranty replacement but I still love the look of the old E5.
Sorry - bump for the evening lot.
Hi there, stunning bike. Where abouts are you located? For the right price I'd be interested.
Cheers
Alex
