22lbs of finest Rib of Beef - How long to cook at what temperature to get perfect, moist, medium rare beef?
Apararantly about 30mis per pound on gas mark 5.
I have been told you need to leave it to rest for 20mins to.
Cook at 240C for 15 mins then drop to 190C and cook for 15 min per pound.
5-6 hours cooking!!!
Yup if it's 22lb like he says.
I'd maybe cut it in 2 or more and cook along side each other.

Neither have I but then I've never cooked anything for 5-6 hours and wanted it to end up moist. I could, of course, be wrong. ๐
Seems a good idea I suppose when cooking half a cow.
