I have a 5 at the mo , 06 model and fancy a change , love the 5 but the new frame is 1400 whereas the heckler is 899 ! also what's the dozing like my 5 is an 18 " which fits me perfect
the dozing coefficient increases by this much :-

One thing is a friend of mine has the Heckler and the
10mm bolt through does snap sometimes and also he has
the Anodized paint job and says the bearing joints
has movment even when bearings are new.
My guess there is a wider tolarance is there because they offer a spray
paint job and this paint is thicker than the anodized paint.
And hes had enough of it and about to buy a 5 spot
The bolt through is not the frames fault.
Is it a hope bolt through? They are known for snapping.
There's not much in it by way of quality IMO. Just choose the one with the more suited geometry.
