Having an ehtical dilemma here. My sister in law is looking to sell her Spesh Myka Expert 2009 and my mate wants to buy it for his wife.

The problem is, they both expect me to set the blinking price. The bike has hardly been ridden (maybe 3 or 4 times) but, after a trawl round the usual suspect websites, I can't even come anywhere near a price.

Any ideas (other than telling them to sort it out themselves)?

Have a look at the ended items on ebay as a guide.

If its in very good condition I'd go with 60% of original price, 50% if it's just in good condition

If it's really barely been ridden at all I reckon maybe 2/3rds of the new price. You don't really ever see s/h bike sell for more than that IME.
