Cannondale will be releasing there own adaptor kits in the near future.

Project 321 do an adaptor.

try usa ebay, bought one off a guy in montreal canada, about £70 still i think cheaper than the project 321s, easy to fit but check if you are using a carbon lefty as they are bonded.
