Ive got a set of wheels from a specialized status that i am not going to use but i want the cassette off it.
Its a 135x10 hub and i have no experience of these, can i remove the axle and use my QR type hub tool on this or is the axle fixed and i need a different tool to remove the cassette

I need one of those then, the lock ring tool i have has a bit sticking out the middle that goes where the QR axle would be. Thanks
the locating pin that goes into a hollow axel can usually be knocked out so you can use it on solid axles, check it before you go buying a new tool

will also need a chain whip as well to stop the cassette spinning
