Thought I'd post about a good experience I've had with hotlines and Steve Kerr. I've had issues with my year old gravity dropper seatpost and he fixed it under warranty once free of charge (new lower tube, new cables full service etc) and is now even sending me out a replacement part free as I somehow pulled off the turbo section from the lower tube when I was swapping out forks. Just a brilliant service and a very nice guy.
