Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't see anything in my search.
We've booked Flyup in the Forrest of Dene for the Sunday and are looking at either Afan or Cwmcarn the day before.
Wondering if anyone has any recommendations on where to stay with good food and beer plus secure bike storage.
We've stayed in Afan lodge before, but I see they require 2 nights booking on the weekends. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

When we did our Wales road trip we just called B&B's and asked them if they had somewhere to leave our bikes securely. Most let us use their garage.

Good Beer, OK food. Ring and ask them about the Bikes. Your're about 20 minutes from the FOD.

Thanks very much for your suggestions, I do like the look of the Wye Valley Hotel, though it now looks like work maybe sending me back offshore for that week 🙁 Though I'll be looking at that next time.
Also the B&B option looks good, didn't even cross my mind ringing around.
