I guess he means that he thinks it's stolen. He went to some trouble in staging the photo at a trail centre if it was.

my mate ran a skateboard shop and did 'grown men on trolleys' merchandise; I think I may have to make up a teeshirt with 'scuffed rubber handles' on it 😉
