You're in luck. I'm off sick with a bottom problem so won't be able to beat everyone.

Excuse me if this is a stupid question but does 'open club event' mean its open to all riders, club members or not?

Is this a series? - I'd be interested in doing one, but can't do tonight.

I wonder if I'm still in the top ten on strava up that hill?

That was an awful lot of fun!

...no wait, I don't mean "fun", do I, I mean "suffering". ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Loved it though, cheers to everyone involved, except the guy who organised the headwind - he can sod off. ๐Ÿ™‚

he he! That's a big ring climb, easy. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oof! Record is 3:57 from Belmont to the top. That's a 19mph average up a cat 4 climb. I'm down in 38th now ๐Ÿ™ Still, I'm dead old, Dave's got no excuse.

I think you'll find I've got a whole bucket load of excuses. Too many to list if I'm honest. ๐Ÿ™‚

Is it wise to let someone do a timed race or any cycle event for that matter without a Helmet? ๐Ÿ˜ฏ
