No seriously, it's brilliant. Though I last rose there before the 40 days and nights of rain we seem to, fingers crossed, just about be emerging from. I'd imagine it's quite slippy right now as there's lots of natural terrain.
But a brilliant XC trail nonetheless.
Rode it last weekend. A few muddy short patches on the first section. Last big climb a little muddy too, but otherwise as fun as ever.
That video looks like good clean fun!
I'm in Warwickshire, near Kineton - so where is Hopton? and how do I find this XC trail?

Was there on tuesday in the rain, very wet and slippery, put a mud tyre on and it'd be fine though i reckon
