i have a 27.2 seatpost..... which size hope seatpost clamp do i need please

Depends on your frame, not directly related to seatpost diameter.
If its steel then its probably 29.8 (or 30.0mm)
If it's ti then maybe 31.8
If its Aluminium then 31.8 or 34.9

Its unlikely to be 34.9mm. My two alloy bikes have 30.9 seatposts with 34.9mm clamps.
31.8mm is more likely.
