Am considering getting a new front light via C2W (so Chinese import suggestions are useless thanks!)...
Looking for a new light (£100ish budget)to partner with my Hope Vision 2 light for off road riding but also to use as a commuting light on unlit rural roads.
Already being a Hope customer, the R1 is appealing particularly as I've experienced Hope's legendary aftersales service, but the Lezyne is also appealing as it's self contained and comes with a spare battery - plus it would work well as a helmet light off-road and the side visibility would be good for road riding.
Is there any reason I should go for the Hope over the Lezyne???
This doesn't particularly answer your query, but I've been very impressed with my Light and Motion Urban 300. I use both on and off road as it gives a good focused beam and great battery life.
