Do Pro 2 and Pro 2 Evo hubs use the same Hope bearings?
I'm looking to take some spares on a 6 week trip this summer, one bike is Pro 2 and the other Pro 2 Evo.
How easy is it to change front and both sets on the rear without the proper tool (assuming it is possible to do with the usual hammer + socket set kit...)
cheers

Its easy, but also easy to f*** it up... Just buy the tools from Hope, they make it child's play.
Front (3 minutes with a big hammer):
Rear: (slightly longer and using proper tools):
[edit] for a 6 week trip I'd fit new bearing in advance and risk it. Or swap to Shimano hubs...
Thanks.
Not had issues with Hope bearings, and was thinking about replacing a GPX BB with a Hope one today.
Any answer to the question about whether the 2 types of Hubs use the same bearings?
Look different to me-

Check on the hope site? they usually tell you the bearingnumbers
bearing numbers on the PDFs above
fronts are the same, rears are slightly different to allow a stronger axle for 10mm thru.
