Hi folks.
I have the need to remove the drive side cup of the above bb as it needs a spacer. Don't ask.
Assuming the threaded centre is out, what's the best way to remove the cup?

Or I have used a wood drift and tapped out the bearings before.

Take a look at the [url=
video[/url] to see how it's put together, looking at it, you remove the outer seals remove the inner sleeve, you may need to remove the one bearing before the sleeve, bash out the bearings (tool link above looks good, but hope just said drift then out..) & press in the new ones, reassemble & bobs your aunts live in lover.

Solution is to tap non drive side bearing out, insert the hope tool and unscrew the sleeve part of the way out then tap the end of the tool to push the cup out. Simple.
