Anyone replaced the bearings in their Hope jockey wheels? Any good bearings recommended?
I've had them apart before, and cleaned the gunk out, but having done that a couple of times, it is probably time for some new sealed bearings.
PS - Any tips for removing the bearing cover plates? I snapped one last time I serviced them, and had to get a replacement from Hope. They are quite brittle when you prise them off with a screwdriver!
