I need to take out the QR bits and convert to my pro 3 hub to 15mm
The video on hope website shows the QR bits just being removed on a pro 2 hub, then replaced with 20mm bits.
However, I cannot get the QR bits out of my pro3 hub, any ideas.

They tend to be a bit "sticky" - I was surprised how much force it needed for them to pop out.,
